Hi @Akshay! Thank you so much for creating this community. Excited to receive the device! I must admit I was a little impatient at one point and even considered cancelling, but glad I decided to stick. Can’t wait.
I haven’t received a tracking number yet, and I completely understand that the recent circumstances in Hong Kong have caused some delays. When you get a chance, would you be able to share an approximate timeline for when the remaining devices will be shipped? I know I’m not within the first 5,000, so I’m just curious where my order might be in the queue. Also, do you happen to have an estimate of how long shipping might take to a major Midwest city once it’s dispatched?

Yes, I’m getting kind of nervous because I was told I’d receive tracking info on 9/28. There’s been nothing, and I can’t get in touch with anyone. I know some people are getting skeptical. I don’t want to wait too long and not be able to do a chargeback. I was really looking forward to this! Have you seen any responses from the Pocket team?
