I’ve only had my pocket for a week. Sadly during this time we’ve had some high priority issues during my working life.
Calls lasting hours, so employed my little pocket friend in the hope of making my like easier. Although it did get some acronyms wrong (to be expected TBH) it’s transcribed my calls brilliantly. I was able to copy and paste with very little alteration an update on progress. This was to several VPs and managers wanting an update. Made my life (and my customers life) so much easier with an update that I couldn’t have done better myself.
So hats off to you, this is simply brilliant, even with the minor annoyances which others have also reported, so I won’t go into it here. But l’m loving my new little slim friend.
