Failed To Generate API Key - Claude connection stopped working

Failed to create API key. Contact support with code 46840ab9-494c-478c-9b3e-f47e65d4e61d.

Claude connection stopped working - tried to reconnect via Claude App - no luck - deleted connection and tried to set up new - required API Key - generation failed with the above error message

error message from Claude Customize: Couldn’t determine the server settings. You can still configure them manually.Click Next to configure the connector manually.

Additionally: POST to https://public.heypocketai.com/mcp returns 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable with Server: awselb/2.0 — that’s the load balancer, so it looks like the MCP target group has no healthy instances. Unauthenticated GET still returns 401, so something is answering, but POST doesn’t reach the app. Started around an hour ago (at leaste thats when i noticed it)

I have the same issue - hopefully they resolve it soon

Thanks for the detailed report, especially the 503 diagnostics. We’ve confirmed this was a service-side issue affecting Pocket’s MCP endpoint and API-key setup, not a problem with your Claude configuration.

The endpoint is responding again, but we’re still working on the underlying stability issue. Please retry connecting Pocket in Claude. If API-key generation still fails, share the new support code and approximate time so we can trace that attempt.

Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for flagging it so clearly.
