I am often in longer meetings with a break in the middle. Today I have to stop recording and then start a new one, which adds a lot of noise in pocket UI afterwards and I will have to merge the recordings.
A much better approach would be an option to pause recording so I would love to see that implemented in the apps

I like to use pocket on my hour-long commute for a stream of thought/to-do list items, but don’t want to record my entire drive (i listen to the radio and audiobooks).
Adding a quick double press for pausing and single press to continue the same recording might be doable without any hardware changes. And the led indicator could show yellow for paused status.
I would also use this kind of ‘GREAT’ feature as well. I hope that the Pocket team can accommodate this eventually. Love this product!
