Pocket devices are being shipped in **batches**. Here’s how the process works:

1. **From Us → Courier**

2. **Courier → Customs → Local Delivery**

3. **Delays & Holidays**

4. **Overall Timeline**

We’re working closely with our courier to make this smoother for future batches. Thank you for your patience, your Pocket is on its way.

@Angeltots147 No, since Pocket has arranged the shipping they are also responsible for handling customs and duties.
