hey @taylor seems the summaries for the recordings might not have completed could you open them up and confirm
We have made improvements to make sure this never happens again and we only allow export of recordings which have completed from now on. Should reflect in the future update.
I turned off “Auto Transcript”. Is this why this error is happening? It’s been hours and it’s still not working. What are my next steps?
yep auto transcript switched off means they have to be manually initiated!
ok, but what do I do? I am still getting the error. Cool device but I can’t get the files off

If a summary is not initiated you will need to open up the recording and manually initiate it
