there was an update pending on the app but it said i could proceed with my recording without needing to update. i had 3 calls back to back which i thought had all recorded. then i updated the app. when i went back to see the summary the recordings were just a high pitch sound for the duration of the call - no transcript or summary available. this is a huge bug

either you force an update or you warn that recordings may be compromised if there is a pending update that is ignored. this has happened to me twice this week - one call on monday and 3 calls today.

i’ve been using the desktop app for over one month with no issues. disappointing that it has failed me so badly this week
