I just got my new Pocket and recorded 2 short conversations (both less than a minute long), but both of them have been stuck in the uploaded queue for hours.
It’s honestly quite frustrating… I’ve tried the resync button, restarting my phone, the pocket app, and the pocket itself, but none of these solutions worked. I even turned my wifi on and off but still no luck.
Please help me… it’s so disappointing that a brand-new Pocket is bugged like this 
hey @cookie_monster are you on some kind of firewall? this happens when we are not able to connect to Pocket servers, could you just try a pull to refresh on the home screen to see if that solves this
I’ve had mine for about a month now and it works great when it’s working. It’s the unreliability of it all. I can’t go into a meeting hoping that the device will upload the conversation. My life doesn’t work like that. This community has some good information but there is no way to escalate an issue. I mean $129 is not as much as it used to be but I guess I was looking for something more.
