When I want to record, pocket vibrates, but blue light stays blue. When I press record on app it says pocket is full

@Coops from your description it sounds like it is hardware issue, @Vic get it replaced please.

I have only had Pocket for a week. I had a total of 33 minutes recorded and it said it was full so I exported and deleted things and it still won’t record anything.
