# Not able to see recordings

I have the pocket plugged in and pressed the sync button in the app but nothing is happening. I am wondering how to get recordings off the device.

Not seeing them in either app.

I guess I just had to wait a little bit. Should have more confirmations for users that things are correct. Also I was not able to join the Slack community because my email was not matching.
