# Not recording (3rd day in)

3rd day in, and my Pocket doesn’t record. Have gone through all trouble shooting, can someone help ? Where can I get a replacement?

Hello Dleung! Can you explain a little bit more of the error what you are experimenting is?

When you tap (single tap) the button does it turn amber?
