Got my Pocket for Father’s Day 2026. Used it about a dozen times for taking notes from seminars and webinars. It’s now September 2026 and the power button isn’t operating as it should. It’s no longer smoothly turning on or off, and getting to record mode is nearly impossible. It’s like the internal switchgear is already worn out. Disappointed to say the least. ---

The same thing is happening to me. I will email the support team, but wanted to add to this thread so others could add & confirm that this may not be an isolated issue. ---

I’m having the same issue. The device turns on ok but when I press for record nothing happens, and if it does then it will not turn off when I’ve finished recording. To get out I have to turn the device off. Thanks for the email link I will follow up with that too to get this sorted. ---
