# Quick Transfer Starting then Failing

Currently I have 14 recordings I am trying to sync to the app. Whenever I start the sync process and see it will take a long time I try and use the quick sync feature, it will start and then go through a couple recordings and then fail. It will give an error that some recordings failed to transfer and I start the process over again. This happens every time I try and use quick sync. The Android app is up to date. The device firmware is 1.8 and the wifi firmware is V9.

Welcome to the community, and sorry for the trouble with Quick Sync. Having it fail partway through every time is frustrating, especially with 14 recordings waiting.

Could you go through this troubleshooting guide first? It covers the most common causes of sync failures:

If that doesn’t sort it out, you can also try Web Sync, which is another way to transfer your recordings:

Let us know how it goes. If it still fails, share the exact error message and roughly which recording it stops on, and we’ll dig in further.

Was there a conclusion? Having same issue with 12 failing to sync.
