# Quick Update on File Uploads

Hey Pocket Community 👋

We’ve noticed a **file corruption issue** affecting some recordings that were uploaded recently. Because of this, a few summaries or recordings may not have processed correctly.

If you run into any issues with a recording or notice a summary missing or incomplete, please try **resyncing the file** by clicking the **Sync icon on the top right of the Home screen**.

This should fix the issue in most cases. If the problem continues after resyncing, feel free to post in the community and we’ll take a look.

hey guys an update on the root cause here had a bunch of pdf’s and txt files erroneously uploaded which choked transcription systems which caused a backlog in our systems due to which delays were cause we have implemented fixes for the same and it shouldn’t happen again
