It would be useful if there were a place listing what’s included in each Windows app update. I understand there’s currently no way to download specific versions and that the desktop app is in beta, but when updates land I’d like to see release notes so I know whether they address issues I’m currently experiencing or are just nice-to-haves.
For example, I’m still looking for that dark mode , and lately the audio selection doesn’t seem to respect muting for my headset, so all background audio (like the TV) gets recorded.
This post isn’t really about those specific issues — it’s a request for transparency into the updates.

On the topic of dark mode—you are definitely not alone! The team is well aware of the demand for it (I’ve personally requested it for myself too because my eyes need it ).
Regarding the issue with your headset capturing background noise like the TV, please double-check that you have the correct audio input selected in the app settings. If it’s set to the wrong microphone input or an ambient mic, it might be picking up room noise instead of using your headset’s built-in noise isolation/muting.
