# Share from iOS App is not working

Several attempts to share a conversation from the iOS app this week have failed to load when recipient clicks the link.

Hi @write2jeff,

Please send us the affected share links via DM, and we’ll investigate.  
As a temporary workaround, you can export the recording directly.
