Can’t see any other topics with this issue, but apologies if repeating.
I’ve subscribed to Pro but I am still getting rewrite limits via Ask Pocket with a CTA to upgrade. I’m using the Web app when getting this message, on the Android App I just get a Failed to make Edits error.
I’ve confirmed correct log in details, recordings are fully synced, and Pro subscription is visible on profile page. I’ve tried hard reset of web page and app with log out and log in via consistent methods on both devices to troubleshoot. I’ve also left a portion of time to allow data refreshes etc.
The specific meeting recording I’m working on was taken prior to my pro subscription - wondering if that may have anything to do with it. Any fixes greatly appreciated.
