# Trying MacOS app - Problem right off the bat

I downloaded the app just now. When I run it I’m asked to login. I choose via email and entered my email. It sent a code. I entered the code and it reports “too many login attempts. Try again in a minute.” This was on the first attempt!

I tried it several more times. It always sent the same code, which is curious, but possible I guess.

How do I make progress?
