# Understanding the battery life

Hey, I just got my pocket today, and I’m enjoying it so far.

I am looking for some clarification on the battery life claim of 4 days - does that mean leaving the device “on” nonstop (blue led), or leaving it “off”?

Their ai support agent told me it means leaving it on for 4 days. It enters sleep mode apparently at some point.
