# Why can't i log in using my password?

I’ve lost access to the email address I used to register my Pocket and won’t be able to access it. I do have my login password though.

When I try to log in, I’m automatically redirected to a page where I have to enter a code sent to the associated email address.

As mentioned, I don’t have access to that but there’s no other option to log in, ie using my correct password.

I urgently need the transcripts from the last 4 days. Can anyone assist with a solution?

Hey Mellit, we can help you recover access without losing your transcripts. Please email [`hey@heypocket.com`](mailto:hey@heypocket.com) from an address you can access and include:

• The old email on your Pocket account  
• The new email you want to use  
• Your Pocket serial number or order number so we can verify ownership

Please don’t post those details publicly or create a new account. Once verified, our support team can update the email on your existing account so your transcripts remain available.
