I purchased my pocket in the past 2 weeks where the website shows I get unlimited transcription and summary minutes. But now that I have my pocket configured it says I only have 300 minutes. In Reading this forum, it seems that if you purchased before September 22nd you are a founding member and received unlimited minutes. The website plainly states even now that you get unlimited minutes. There is definitely false information here

Welcome to the Pocket Community! I’m a founding member with no other affiliation with the company other than investing $99 in their product before it became a reality, but I can assure you that the Pocket Team continually delivers far beyond expectations. My own experiences make me confident that they will make right whatever the website promised.
I had a few bumps in the road myself when I first got started, but the support team was very quick to address my concerns and fix them. I want to encourage you to give them the opportunity to make good on their website promises for you.
I’ve been using my Pocket for a while now and have been amazed at how responsive the Team is to suggestions or concerns voiced by the users. There is a place where users can suggest new features, etc. The company keeps us updated through notification emails as those features are implemented.
I use my Pocket for a number of things for personal, ministry, and business purposes. It’s become an invaluable productivity and organizational tool for me, as well as allowing me to preserve cherished phone conversations with family members who are out of the area and in unsafe situations…in case I never hear their voices again.
