I’m a Pro Pocket user. I have the Windows desktop app installed on 2 laptops plus the mobile device on my phone. For over a week now, neither desktop app will successfully complete an export of a recording. It takes forever, then finally gives an error screen that says insufficient memory (this is a brand new laptop, mind you), or it just freezes up and I have to manually shut down the program. So annoying! Any solutions? I’ve already updated the app, restarted, etc – all the no-brainer things to do. Still having the issue.

I’m having the same issue. I can export single recordings, but the moment I go above 2 or 3, it hangs and I have to kill it in the task manager.
