Do a search on the feedback site for “speaker” and you can upvote which ever ideas you want to.
Hey Guys! You can rename a speaker by just clicking on them and adding a new name. The functionality being built now will get allow more granular transcript editing

Ohhhh! @mhirrrr that’s nice! It now says “Tag Participant” to edit and it’s event in color! I love that the Tag colors change all of the Participants with the same color! Thanks team!
I am a 39 year old woman and today I learned that I sound the same as a 15 year old boy. I would really appreciate it if I could “unlink" two speakers that are actually different people.

I am having the same issue it allowed me to name 3 speakers and then changed all note to the third name.
