Beta "testing" feedback process

I’m wanting to hear from the Pocket team on this one. @mhirrrr and or @Akshay

Since we got some big “doings” happening feature wise. IE Global “Ask Pocket” across all recordings (second-brain mode)

How do you want us (the users) to provide y’all feedback? In the feature itself? or do you want us to make posts here in the forum? Should the posts follow a certain format so you know it’s “official feedback”?

For instance. I thought we were providing the feedback on the feedback page. I didn’t get a response to my questions/issues. That’s fine. But it felt “off” since y’all were active on the forum. Not sure how “watched” the feedback site is. I just want to follow the correct process, if there is one. Sorry if this was posted/discussed. I missed it if that’s the case.

Thanks for all you do!

Excellent question! I also have some thoughts about recent implementations and would like to give feedback in the most effective place.

@Nex ya beat me to it! This is a great question! I think it would be great idea to create a “Beta” Category with each beta test feature as a pinned status for everyone to give feedback on in one easy spot. There is already too many of the same issues in multiple locations on here.

I like that idea! Being able to see all of the feedback for a particular feature woud be very helpful.

Bump and ping @mhirrrr

hey guys! you could drop it on the specific thread on feedback.heypocket.com we do actively look at it

@mhirrrr - sure, BUT, there are WAY more people here than on feedback. More people will see things here and, if, like I suggested, there is a “beta” Category, more eyes will view it…

Awesome! I posted some stuff yesterday and there was zero response. What kind of turn around time on replies over there should be expected?

Hey @Nex typically 24 hours but sometimes we might be a little delayed as we are working round the clock to provide the best experience possible for everyone but rest assured all feedback is being taken in and we are iterating accordingly
