I’m frequently experiencing the return on Deleted Conversations / Memories. After deleting them in the Android app and enjoying the trash, they will suddenly reappear on a future sync – sometimes days later.
I came to post the same thing but did a quick search first to see if I’m alone.
What I have learned with this glitch is if:
app.heypocket on the web OPEN, delete recordings via the webpage app.heypocket BUT my phone app is NOT OPEN, sometime in the next day or so, sometimes minutes, when I open the phone app, all the deleted recordings of the past come back. Both on the phone app and webpage app.hey

Happening to me again. Thought my previous post was the work-around.
Suggest creating a true 110% Delete Forever. Make us even have to type DELETE or something to triple confirm we truly mean make it go away forever. Currently the “Delete Forever” red button (android) doesn’t really delete forever or there is a glitch where its not running back to my pocket device and telling/removing them from there. Or at least that’s my guess. I’m thinking the past recordings are still hiding in the Pocket device and somehow the server though cleared it out of your system, the recordings are still packed away in my device.
Maybe a line of code on the web app or device app that says “Clear last 7 days of cache” or something like that. I ALWAYS use the “delete forever” button, yet some how, occasionally, stuff I removed comes back. Doesn’t seem to go beyond a week back in time but might just be coincidence. Can’t promise the 1-week history comment being I’m still a new user.
I’m thinking like how web browsers often have the “delete history” option. Where you can delete the last hour, day, week, month or all time.
If it helps in your troubleshooting, I totally clear my pocket out. I use Pocket as a temporary transition device. I speak, AI rewords, I copy/paste it into my Daily Report on the PC and then delete it immediately from my Pocket via the red DELETE FOREVER button on the android phone app. I try to get caught up and literally have zero recordings/entries in my Pocket device/account.
(yes, my pocket is running current version of firmware and wifi firmware. I check often)
hey @Morty we suggest having the device connected to your phone and deleting from there, we are not able to delete raw files from the device when on web that could be the case
