attempting to export summaries as docx via email attachment. When going to open in word it states the file is missing pieces or corrupt. Txt file, pdf, audio all export fine (from same memory). Anyone seen this before or have some advice? Thanks in advance

I’m going to test other files today but as far as I know it’s still happening.
Unfortunately it is still happening and isn’t memory specific. Nothing will export as docx and open in word. This is serious disruption to work flow since I usually export to word, edit and then save the summary or transcript. Much better formatting that a txt file. Hopefully a solution can be found soon
Just joined the group, thanks admins for the inclusion. I am following this question. The formatting in the app on my phone is nice to look at, I’m hoping that an export to my laptop in Word will be just as nice.
Same issue here when exporting in Android app. It appears to export fine, but when I attempt to open the DOCX file I get the error below…. If I click YES, I get the error in the second image below. Clicking OK results in a blank word document opening.

I’m able to open docx summaries in Word again without any issues. Thanks for the fix!
Hi I am still having this issue. Just tired to send summary and got the same error. Do I need to take any actions on my end to resolve this?
hey @parthogiri please just ensure you are on the latest version of the android/apple app store and let us know the version.
