I’ve chosen to send my meeting summaries, actionable items, etc., and both word format and PDF and they only come over as clickable links. Then when you click on the links when they open, there’s no print option when you copy and paste them thinking they’re going to copy and paste as they’re shown they pace in a totally unrecognizable format. Is anyone else having an issue with Pocket actually sending the PDF or word documents? This is a big problem.

@Pgajmb1305 Yes, it’s a bit confusing and I know they are working on fixing this. You have to select Export and not Share

Are you sure you’re tapping “Export?” The “Share” button is the one that’s highlighted so an easy mistake to make.
I just tested exporting a both a PDF and a Word doc with no issues.

My issue is the following: When I use the Bulk Export option and click on “Export All” it send every files in .txt format although the PDF format is selected for All (Full transcript, AI Sum, Action Items, Mind Map).
I have tried to reselect PDF for all the items but all i get is the txt files. It does work correctly if I manually select all items individually but that’s not very efficient…

Thanks for reporting this, I’ve fixed it on web and in the next mobile app update it will also be fixed there.
