Hey, opened it, was curious. Don’t want to dissect further than this though. I love this little device. One of the best things I’ve ever bought. Wonder if we can strengthen those magnets somehow?

That may be what he said, and what they requisitioned during manufacturing. But that is not what they got.
I can barely hold/lift my phone up with the Pocket attached via the magnet, it comes apart almost instantly. I have to lift it up super slow with almost no movement. The magnet is not strong enough.
My P Note Pro (LOL you all blocked the name) on the other hand, with the leather case it comes with, can hold/lift my phone up no problem at all (and you can ‘shake’ the phone up and down, and it does not come loose easily).
I just tried and the adhesive came off.
I have been told that a thin adhesive silicone friction enhancer mirroring the magnetic ring will increase grip. I’m gonna try that before I start messing around with actual magnets

Please share photos and links when you try and it works. Most of us will need something similar.
I haven’t been able to find anything like an adhesive micro thin silicone tape. Unless I was willing to buy a whole roll of it. Whatever guess I’ll just deal with the looseness and use it gently.
The rubber case on my android has texture for grip and the pocket’s magnet adhesive didn’t work for me. I poured a small area of resin on my case and now the adhesive sticks perfectly.
