Just got a Pocket

Hello everyone, so happy to be a new member of the Pocket community.

I am a music artist and a student, looking to take my artistic and academic abilities to the next level. I think pocket will be able to do that for me.

I used to use Voice Memos to record brief ideas, but that doesn’t title or organize what I record and I have never been able to come back to those ideas.

I think Pocket will be better for me, where the AI titles my recordings for me and is something physical where I can press a button purposefully.

One question I have: Can pocket save the full audio recording, not just words? So that, if I want to hum a melody that comes to mind, I can hear it back later.

A feature I’d like to see in the future would be the ability for the AI to recognize specific musical notes based on what I can sing or hum while coming up with new music. This would be revolutionary from a creative standpoint, in my opinion.

Thanks so much for a high quality product. I just unboxed, and I can really feel the connection to this new tech.

Yes, your full recordings are saved, and you can download the audio anytime from the three dot menu on the summary screen.

Thanks as well for sharing your ideas around music use cases really interesting direction. While Pocket isn’t designed for music-specific workflows just yet, feedback like this genuinely helps shape what we build next.
