MCP and possible Billing issues


Billing & MCP Access Issue – Bit of a Mess, Apologies in Advance

Hey all,

I wanted to post this here to hopefully get some clarity

Here’s where things went sideways:

I originally purchased the yearly bundle through the website. At some point before the trial period ended, I switched to a monthly plan and was charged. After that, I lost access to MCP. I then canceled the monthly subscription and returned to it a day later – was charged again – and still have no MCP access through the Claude web app.

I’ll be honest, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this on my own and I think I’ve made things messier in the process. At this point I’m not entirely sure what my current subscription state even looks like. It originally was purchesed and registered under my gmail (email only) Then I accidentally used google to log in. Not sure if thats where my problem started at the point it registered montly.

On a positive note – everyone I’ve been demoing the hardware to has had a great reaction to it, so that’s encouraging. I just want to get the access situation sorted out so I can keep moving forward. I manage a semi large work force and have 5 to 6 meetings a day and daily logistic updates from my employees.

If anyone has run into something similar, or if a mod can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. And again, sorry for any extra work this has created on the support side

Oh no apologies neccessary. I think you may be able to log this one under user error. I was looking for any settings to unlink a google account. Then started some un orthadox ways of attempting to sever the connection. Should of just waited for support in the first place. I’m stubborn

Gotta say even what the late hour, The team was super responsive in getting me fixed up
