Pocket no longer naming speakers

Hi,

I’m not sure which update did this, but all of my speaker information is gone across my recordings and new ones aren’t assigning any speakers. Only ‘speaker’ which means I can’t even assign across the conversation.

What happened to the speaker data? And why is no auto assigning happening?

Ps. When I select report a bug - it takes me to a slack instance I cannot connect to.

hey @Rbanerji can you share which recording this is for? speaker splitting is not included in the free plan that could be why this is happening!

@Rbanerji we have identified the issue on your account, seems like a subscription problem I have dm’ed you the resolution!
