I love this idea! I’ve been using for in-person meetings at conferences and with clients and it is great (and funny) to see this wrapped summary. Well done! 
While other people may not find this helpful, I think it’s a great feature.
Additionally, if we had the same thing for annual performance reviews, when we have to write all the things we did that year, and have a similar template specific to that.
