Quick update from a Pocket founder: Support improvements 🙌

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been growing really fast, and we know that some of you may not have received a reply as quickly as you expected. I’m genuinely sorry about that.

The good news is: we’ve fixed it. We upgraded our support processes and tools so we can deliver the level of service you deserve.

That said, if anyone feels like their case still hasn’t been properly taken care of, please drop a message in this thread and I’ll personally look into it and make sure it gets resolved.

I want Pocket to be a great product, but I also want the experience around Pocket to be just as great.

Thanks for the transparency. Your support has been poor and I appreciate your acknowledgement. Yes. I am still waiting for a solution to my question. I received an unhelpful reply today. Can I get someone who can help me engaged.

I can’t get the speaker tagging and identification to work. I’m unclear if it’s because I’m not on the right plan or there’s an issue.

hey @Dave1 as mentioned in the other post. Speaker Tagging + Splitting is only enabled for users on Pro + the Founding Member plan
