Pretty much as the title says… I’m a social worker, and a founding member.
I see many different options and suggestions based on varying fields of work, including medical, therapy notes, sales, etc. but nothing specific for social workers.
I had been keeping my eye out, for a long time, for an AI product that I believed could help me streamline and keep up with quality documentation.
I am often meeting with various people in the community, as well as having internal meetings.
I’m primarily interested in the best summary theme and AI summary model for documenting client contacts in the community.
To be fair - I’ve only been testing (A LOT 3,000+ minutes) with the free founders version and found the best combo to be Claude 4 sonnet or GPT 5 with “meeting notes” selected. It seems to at least give a solid foundation of details that I can build off of, but I’m wondering if there are any other social workers out there using other combos, either free or pro.
I have no answer, but I’m in a similar boat! Psychologist here and I do a lot of clinical supervision of my staff. The couple of times I’ve tried, I feel like I get a summary that picks up on unimportant details. Still figuring everything out!

I’m in MH and Hi-Tech - working within and across both.
There are 3 summaries so far that work well and often regenerate using all 3 on the same memory and cut and paste to get what I need from all 3.
Not optimal yet of course, but testing out to see what can be built for long term use and see if I see a trend developing against a specific need as to what works better.
Transparently, a web or desk app with rich functionality is going to be key.

I flip between Claude 4.1 Opus and GPT 5.0
I was excited to see Psyche Notes but found them oddly assumptive and “emotionally" presumptive and really weird if there was a technology component discussed. Haha.
I like Claude but I don’t feel it’s consistent and will often times not generate action items. Also I can only regenerate 5 times against 1 memory when seeing what summary works best so that’s a hindrance for comparing/testing output.

Thanks! That would be amazing… In my case, I’m conducting visits in the community. See what families have accomplished since the last visit, what still needs to be done. How the children feel living in their space, and with their parents.
I will usually discuss everything that we as the government expect, but also we cover a lot
Our main goal is keeping the child safe while continuing to attempt tom Ty communicate with the parents and utilize yep motivate. I can’t tell you deal.
I’ll usually have to do a walkout of the entire home, discussing any visible problems that might tom increased asap… GPT 5 and Claude since do fairly good job at most stuff, but I would go a surely love to just is loving hit too!
and really weird if there was a technology component discussed. Haha.
