Sudden issue with changing speaker names

In the past I could click on the “Speaker O” and it would let me pick from existing names or add a new name. Last couple days if I click on the speaker it only gives Speaker 0 and my name as the option. I have a ton of names added and it used to bring them up to let me change names.. Is this just me??

Can you share that please? I see the same thing. I can create speakers in the transcript but not the summary as I used to be.

Summaries only reference speakers if the AI determines that it is required. I would suggest using Prompt to Edit for any specific changes

@Billintennessee You can change the speaker in the transcript view - have you tried that?

Yeah but it only changes the one occurrence, not every time the speaker spoke during the recorded meeting.

mine is doing something similar. I can no longer change the speaker either. it provides general speaker 0, speaker 1, and chooses a random speaker to assign to one or two speakers (95% of the time incorrect). I can no longer choose from my list of previous speakers or add a new speaker. my only option is to choose of the choices on the list, all of which are not correct. Help would be appreciated!

Yeah it’s still not like it used to be for me either. Not sure what happened.

Changing the Speaker name only chages it in the one place for me. Not the entire summary.

Hey we suggest changing names through the view transcript page. Changing names/speakers on the summary page only changes names for that specific instance. Not the internal segments etc. we are working on a simpler experience and should be live in the next few days
