A transcript I did earlier this week put eight tasks on My Checklist. A transcript I did today has 13 Checkbox noted action items in it that aren’t on the My Checklist.
What causes the flow from one to the other, and what am I missing?

hey! could you let us know some more details here so @chay can take a look thanks please feel free to dm us
Sure. See three images attached.
1 & 2 show, red bordered, a task that the AI summary identified in my recording, and then added to My Checklist. 3 shows, green bordered, tasks that a different summary identified, that have not made their way to My Checklist.
While I agree with another poster, based on earlier testing, that tasks were being misidentified and analyzed at way too micro a level, it would be useful to at
least be able to skim and see what had been gleaned. But here, it did it for one recording and not another. Why, what’s the difference or triggering event?
Hey, thanks for this information. Could you just help me understand what you mean by tasks are being misidentified?
I’m sorry, but I don’t know how to be any clearer about this.
* It’s not misidentified.
* In the screenshots provided, one transcription has generated tasks that are pushed to the My Checklist. One transcription has not. What is the trigger action that decides what goes in My Checklist? Both transcriptions identified Tasks, only one pushed it to the master task list.
Hey! I get that part we are currently checking why those action items are not visible in talking specifically about this part where you say it’s being misidentified
I don’t think I’ve said misidentified anywhere here? It’s the not identified that I was drawing attention to — the transcript identifies them, and they’re not pushed to the collected task listing.
oh I’m just quoting your above message but regardless we are investigating the issue and will keep you updated!
Oh, hang on - I was /agreeing/ with someone saying misidentified —- in that context, saying that “I” Had a task when it was actually a third-person task. Or a task that had already been done being identified as a new task. I’m not unduly fussed about those at the moment as they’re easily ticked off.
got it! we are making improvements on that end as well to differentiate personal/participant action items
Hey @GarySlinger ,
Was just looking into you issue, need more details from you to look into this, dming you for this
Thanks. Just replied to that - not seeing the same as you seem to be. Also to your note about seeing the tasks on the 24th and to use the date selector, confirmed I tried that and just retried, no tasks at all on that date.
Edit to Add - I saw something in a different post that made me go “hmm” - so I checked the web app, and it DOES have the tasks on the dates. So they’ve made it to the database, but aren’t showing on my app. Are we at delete and reinstall the iPhone app as the next logical action?
Delete and reinstall worked.
