Where are the recordings?

I’ve searched through other posts on this topic that I could find and the information seems to be all over the place, so I’m a little confused. I bought this to be able to get summaries, sure, but also to be able to re-listen to things as needed. None of my conversations have recordings that I can find anywhere. Some of the posts say to look in certain places or to “Share” but share only sends the summaries again. And another question similar to this was 26 days old with no answers, so I’m hoping for some direction here.

I even asked the app itself and it keeps telling me there is a play button on the main conversation page, but I see nothing.

The share sheet also lets you export audio.

Tap the 3 dots and select “Download Conversation”. This will save 2 files. One is the audio file or what @bharat posted above

I mean it says that, yeah. But when I do it, it provides a link only to this attached which is all the same summary and stuff but no audio.

I understand the export flow can be a bit confusing right now — our product team’s already working on a smoother design.

For now, after you tap “Export audio,” you’ll see a new “Export” button appear next to “Share.” Please click “Export” (not “Share”) to complete the download.

Once you do that, the file should start exporting normally.

On a separate note, any idea how to delete recordings for good? I’ve been trying delete like 4-5 recordings over the past two days and they keep coming back, lol

For real. This is driving me nuts. I can’t figure it out either.

And regarding deleting… is there an option to delete only a recording file but keep the summaries and notes? For space saving purposes?

yep! you can just go to “Look up Device Files” in the profile settings page and delete what you want!
