I tried downloading the desktop from Download the Pocket App for iPhone, Android, Web, and Desktop | Pocket Docs and got this windows alert:
Obviously, I didn’t install. But I’d like to be able to use MCP which I understand is accessible through the desktop, and I was wondering if there’s some other way to connect Pocket and Claude?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our team is aware of this issue and actively working on a new build that won’t trigger this false positive alert in Windows Defender.
