Bulk Delete vs Selective Delete

1st day POCKET user, so I humbly admit operator error can be a real thing :laughing:

However, I think I just suffered from a bug or glitch in the process flow.

I had a bunch of Todos created today from my various conversation summaries. Some I wanted to keep, others to delete.

I found the BULK DELETE feature and selected only the Todos I wanted to delete. But it cleared out everything. My conversations are all still recorded but not a single Todo remains in existence.

Does the feature allow for selective deletion in Bulk (select 7 out of 10 in the list and delete them all at once as opposed to deleting each of the 7 individually)?

It looks like you’ve run into a bug in this specific bulk delete scenario. We’re investigating it now, and I’ll update you shortly once we know more.
