Do you have an estimated release for the desktop app? I will be using for work calls and meetings. Right now I have to copy and paste summary from my cell phone, email to my desktop then paste in my CRM.

While we’re waiting for the desktop app to arrive, I think you can save a step by opting to export the summary to your email. The button in the lower right corner with the upward arrow allows you to export the transcript, the summary, or action items. The item shows up as a PDF, but you should be able to copy the text and paste it into your CRM.
You could also use the “Share” button, which will email a link containing your summary to your email (or a third party, if you want). The link is valid for 30 days.
Just a couple of possible stopgaps until the desktop app becomes available.
Thank you @ArcataDJ
If I can copy and paste out of the puff this will streamline it!
I appreciate you taking the time to help me.
You’re welcome - we’re all in this together!
@ArcataDJ This is great info! Thanks for sharing!
@ArcataDJ I appreciate all your posts and suggestions. Wish we could follow folks on here so we can see everything they post.
@ArcataDJ you can’t really “follow” people, unfortunately, however, you can see a User’s Activity. To do this,
Just be aware that right now if you regenerate the content to a new summary, the share link only shows the original summary. Summary does not change on shared link when regenerated
And some of the summaries do not export to PDF quite right, so watch for that as well. Exporting Summary to PDF does not look correct
Those are some things I found so far.
I tried this option but IT security software blocked the link
