Hey everyone,
I received my Pocket on Friday and tried installing the updates for the device. Since then, the device has stopped working, and I’m unable to restart it.
It’s honestly quite disappointing because I had the device shipped separately from the US to India, and it stopped working right after the update. I’ve already tried everything mentioned in the FAQ, but nothing seems to work.
Could someone please let me know what I should do next?
