Pocket software update (10/02/26) caused pocket to freeze ( cannot power on again )

hi Pocket Team

I clicked on the update software button in the app and the pocket device kept flashing red and went into reboot and never came back online.

Can you let me know how to reboot and bring the device back alive ?

hope they resolve this soon.

Charged for over 5hrs and retried the hold 5secs steps. Still Dead.
