The sync function with Pocket secure cloud is disabled intentionally. Despite it being disabled I see that it is still sending my conversations to the Pocket cloud. Or at least, I see the notification at the end of the sync process that it is doing that.
If it’s not actually sending my conversations to the cloud, can that last notification be disabled so users don’t think their conversations are being synched to the cloud?

I know Pocket makes a big deal about security which is appreciated. Do you mind explaining why it needs to be sent to the private cloud for processing? I understand it gets deleted after, but what is happening with that processed data?
I guess what I am ultimately getting at is where are my conversations being shared and/or used? I assume that whatever AI integration I select, ChatGPT for example, it’s being sent to their API and then would fall under their data-usage policies. Please correct me if I am wrong about that piece. Is the data being used by Pocket in a similar manner?
Your encrypted audio is uploaded to Pocket’s secure cloud.
It’s decrypted in a memory-isolated environment.
The audio is transcribed and summarized.
The results are returned to your app.
The audio and transcript are then deleted from the processing queue.

I had secure cloud sync disabled yesterday. This morning, it turned itself back on in the settings.
