Every possible download doesn't resemble the App contents/layout

Can’t say I’m totally vibing with this device. I own another AI recording device and its operation was pretty intuitive and easy to discover how things work.

With my new Pocket AI I recorded a 1 hr 47 minute lecture. This is the 2nd time I’ve used it. What was produced in the app looked pretty cool. I therefore downloaded every possible option apparent to download. That way I could look at on my computer on a larger screen and not have to look at the small writing on my iphone.
To put it directly: the following documents do not look anything like the contents within the app.
The four documents I got were labeled these…..

  1.  Action_Items (word doc)

  2.  Mind_maps (pdf)

  3.  Summary (word doc)

  4.  Transcript (word doc)

Is there some setting I’m totally missing here?

Hey @Genart7 thanks for the feedback currently you can access your transcripts at app.heypocket.com on the web.

I’m taking up this feedback personally and will make sure the outputs you get are of the best quality

mhirrrr, FYI, “app.heypocket.com“ says it is going to send me a 6-digit code to my email address when i attempt to sign-in and it never does. Not even to my spam folder. There were several problems just getting a correct log-in to work for https://community.heypocket.com/.

i finally got a code sent to my email long after the 10 min expiration was up. I tried to apply it and it said incorrect and 2 attempts left. I asked for it to resend a code and it’s been over 15 minutes and still hasn’t arrived.

hey @Genart7 I can see we attempted to send otp’s but they seem to have bounced. Which could be because of the special email mostly

you will have to check with your mail server once to make sure all is good on their end
