Just opened my beautiful Pink Pocket. While setting it up in the app it is telling me I only get 1 month of free pro and I’m on the $19.99 monthly billing plan. After 30 days I will get a reminder to enroll and subscribe to pro. Could you please help me and explain. I am a founding member I thought we didn’t have to pay a monthly fee.

Please sign into the app using the same email you used to purchase Pocket. That should automatically apply your access and remove the Pro paywall. If it doesn’t, tell me and I’ll fix it
Just notified the team, you should be able to refresh your app in a few minutes and it should be fixed. This is actually automated but having some early hiccups. But you are in good hands!
I have been trying but for some reason it wont let me sign in with my account it is hooked to an account I don’t have.

Quick question…every time I close the app, it requires me to be verified through email. Is this normal? I’ve had to get 5 verification numbers so far today

Same here, so I’m on an apple. It just says 19.99 after 1 month free. My email on apple is the same email I first signed up with. At least I’m assuming since that’s where all my pocket emails are coming to me. So do I complete the purchase if I’m understanding this thread and it should adjust to 3 from there?
I am having this same issue
Apple sign in creates an anonymous email on sign in, so we have to manually give you entitlement because we won’t know what’s your actual email. Contact support hey@heypocket.com and they will sort it for you.

Yes it’s just a small team of 2 including my co founder gabriel replying to support emails. We are adding more people to the support team but if you have a delayed response that is why

I’m holding off for now ; Founding Members already have lifetime Core access, and subscribing through Apple could override that tag. Waiting for Pocket to confirm before touching anything.
