Pro Subscription not loading?

Just got my Pocket! I purchased the Pro subscription but it’s not showing up as purchased in my app. How do I unlock all the Pro features? When I go into “try pocket Pro” I see a button that says restore subscription but that button doesn’t do anything. Anyone else run into this issue?

It looks like this account doesn’t have Pocket Pro. If you did purchase Pro, you’re likely signed in with a different email/Apple ID.

Fix: In the app go to Profile → Sign out, then sign back in with the email/Apple ID you used to buy Pro. If your Pocket is paired to another account, go to Profile → Reset Device and pair again.

If you’re unsure which email you used, forward your receipt (or the emails you might’ve used) to hey@heypocket.com and we’ll sort it out.

OK, I’ll send over an email. I definitely purchased it a few days ago and see the charge in my credit card :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

There it is, I see it now, close and open the app and you should see your Pro Sub.

I can’t see my 15-month Pocket Pro subscription. Not sure how to proceed. I’ve reset my Pocket but still no joy.

I just got my pocket today. I also have pocket pro but it is not activated. Can you please Activate? I sent email to your support but no response.
