It’s been a while since I’ve been able to use my Pocket device. One drop of my phone with the Pocket on the back resulted in two of the screws on the bottom of the device to come out. Attaching it to any magnet, results in the casing coming apart when trying to take it off. I would love to keep using Pocket, but I after several weeks with a follow up, I haven’t gotten any response from their customer support. Figured I’d share my experience here.
