My wife received her PocketAI device. It worked for 24 hours and then died. None of the troubleshooting support ideas worked. Now support has ghosted her and she is blocked from posting on the forum. It’s unfortunate that tech support has been so lousy on a product she was INCREDIBLY excited about (she ordered it before it was released). Please reach out directly.
It’s very troubling to hear that a user was shadowbanned from sharing their unique experience. Whether good or bad, we should have the freedom to share our experiences and feedback without censorship. Hopefully, this was just an unfortunate misunderstanding.

It seems like the system thought she was a competitor or a bot . . . That is why her account was banned from posting. She is now back on the forum.
