Hearing aid and cochlear implant users

I have a cochlear implant (right side) and hearing aid (left side) that receives phone audio via bluetooth. Will the audio be recorded with the Pocket attached to the back of the phone?

Hello!

If your phone audio is streaming directly to your cochlear implant and hearing aid via Bluetooth, Pocket won’t be able to record the other person’s voice when attached to the back of your phone. Pocket captures sound through its built-in microphones from the environment around it, so if the call audio is only in your hearing devices and not audible through the phone speaker, it won’t pick up the full conversation.

I understand how important it is to capture both sides of your calls clearly. For calls on your computer, the Pocket desktop app can record system audio directly, even when using Bluetooth hearing devices. This might be a helpful option to consider for clearer recordings.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I tried to up vote the need but I can’t seem to get in. I’m asked for my email address but can’t find a user with that address??
