Is that correct? The AI assistant say so. But I do have a call where it was recorded. But today it was not. The device then is useless? How can it will summarize a call hearing just one side. I need better clarification why I do have few calls where the other side is NOT MUTE, but some they are?
Hey @schneider t depends if the recording is on the conversation or the call mode. To record the other side of a phone call you will need to use the call mode on the device!

It is not recording today. I had two test calls… today. is that something to do using bluetooth earbuds. Also see what Pocket AI responded to me… that contradicts your statement.
Hey @schneider looks like a small fix will be required on our end to fix that can you make sure you have the call mode switched on and attached to your phone? So that we can pick up the other side of the call
Currently Bluetooth Earbuds are not supported. We are working on supporting Bluetooth earbuds to record two way conversations!

That will be awesome. Do you know by when? I usually record only calls. I’ll make sure it is attached. So, just for my personal knowledge. Is it picking up the sound from the speaker on my phone, near to my ear? Or is it recording the actual call?
